Privacy Policy

This policy describes the personal-use LifeVault Health Sync workflow and this public informational site. The workflow is operated solely by its account holder, not offered to the public as a commercial service. Some described features are planned and process data only if enabled by the account holder.

1. Data involved

If synchronization is enabled, user-selected Gadgetbridge exports may contain wearable activity records such as sleep timing and duration, step counts, workouts, and related device metadata. Some exports can contain additional sensitive details; the account holder selects which files to upload. The public website does not ask for or collect these records.

2. Google Drive permissions and use

Through the owner's explicit Google authorization, a separately installed synchronization application may request the Google Drive drive.file OAuth scope to create and manage its own files or files selected by the owner. The workflow uses this access only to transfer and retrieve the owner's selected backup files for personal organization and optional private summaries. It does not use Google Drive data for advertising or sell Google user data.

3. Storage, sharing, and retention

• Source exports are stored locally on the owner's device. Uploaded copies, if enabled, are stored in a folder of the owner's Google Drive account, subject to Google's own service terms and policies.
• If separately enabled, owner-controlled processing may read uploaded files and write minimal daily summaries to a private LifeVault repository. Raw files are not intended for publication in that repository.
• These records are not shared publicly by this website, and are not sold or provided to advertisers. Data remains until the owner deletes it or configures a separate retention policy.

4. Website and hosting

This is a static informational website with no registration forms and no added tracking or advertising scripts. The hosting provider may process standard technical request information needed to deliver webpages. Opening this website does not initiate wearable or Google Drive synchronization.

5. Security and choices

OAuth tokens and other credentials are kept outside this public website and should never be posted here. The owner can disable synchronization, revoke the application's Google access via Google Account connections, and delete the uploaded files from Google Drive or the private summaries from LifeVault. Revoking access prevents future authorized API calls but does not automatically delete files already stored.

6. Contact and policy updates

For this single-user integration, the support contact is the email address configured on its Google OAuth consent screen. This policy will be updated if the actual data processing, storage destinations, or sharing practices change.
